Ingredients
1 pumpernickel bagel, cut in half
1/2 Ounce brown deli mustard
1/2 Ounce Thousand Island dressing
3 Ounces TURKEY PASTRAMI, sliced thin and heated
1 Ounce sauerkraut, well drained and heated
1 Slice (3/4-Ounce) Swiss cheese
 
  1. Toast bagel. Spread deli mustard on bottom half of bagel and Thousand Island dressing on top half of bagel.
  2. Place hot turkey pastrami on top of mustard. Layer with hot sauerkraut atop turkey pastrami. Cover with Swiss cheese.
  3. Place top half of bagel over cheese. Cut in half and serve immediately.
