Turkey Pastrami Reuben
| Ingredients |
| 1 pumpernickel bagel, cut in half |
| 1/2 Ounce brown deli mustard |
| 1/2 Ounce Thousand Island dressing |
| 3 Ounces TURKEY PASTRAMI, sliced thin and heated |
| 1 Ounce sauerkraut, well drained and heated |
| 1 Slice (3/4-Ounce) Swiss cheese |
| |
- Toast bagel. Spread deli mustard on bottom half of bagel and Thousand Island dressing on top half of bagel.
- Place hot turkey pastrami on top of mustard. Layer with hot sauerkraut atop turkey pastrami. Cover with Swiss cheese.
- Place top half of bagel over cheese. Cut in half and serve immediately.
