Grilled Citrus Turkey Tenderloins
| Ingredients |
| 3/4 Cup orange juice |
| 3/4 Cup fresh lemon juice |
| 3/4 Cup fresh lime juice |
| 3 Ounces vegetable oil |
| 3 Ounces honey |
| 1/3 Cup cilantro, chopped |
| 1 Tablespoon chili powder |
| 1 Tablespoon garlic, minced |
| 1-1/2 Teaspoon cumin |
| 1 Teaspoon salt |
| 1-1/2 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper |
| 24 4-Ounce TURKEY TENDERLOINS, butterflied |
| As needed fresh cilantro leaves |
| |
- In a large bowl, combine juices, oil, honey, cilantro, chili powder, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper.
- Add turkey tenderloins, coating all surfaces. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
- Grill over hot flame 4 to 5 minutes per side or until turkey is no longer pink in center and juices run clear. The internal temperature should register 170 degrees F.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
