Hearty Turkey Ham Breakfast Pizza
| Ingredients |
| 1 Medium red onion, sliced |
| 1 Tablespoon butter |
| 7 large eggs, Or substitute 14 oz. processed egg product |
| 1/4 Cup cold water |
| 1 Ounce red pepper, seeded and chopped fine |
| 1 Ounce green pepper, seeded and chopped fine |
| 1 12-inch prepared thin pizza crust |
| 6 Ounces Cheddar cheese, shredded |
| 10 1/4-Ounce Slices CANADIAN STYLE TURKEY HAM, cut in half |
| As needed cilantro, washed, dried and chopped |
| As needed prepared salsa |
| |
- Separate onion slices into circles. Saute in butter until golden and carmelized.
- Beat eggs and water together. Stir in chopped peppers. Scramble over medium heat until done.
- Sprinkle pizza crust with half the Cheddar, spoon scrambled eggs over Cheddar, place turkey ham halves and caramelized onions atop eggs. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake pizza in a preheated hot oven for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and pizza crust is golden.
- Remove pizza, sprinkle with cilantro. Cut into 8 wedges. Serve with salsa as an accompaniment.
