Ingredients
2 1-Ounce TURKEY SAUSAGE PATTIES
3 1-Ounce TURKEY SAUSAGE LINKS
1 Tablespoon butter
4 Ounces red potatoes, diced
1 Ounce onion, chopped
2 large eggs
As needed Toast or muffins
3 orange slices
 
  1. Cook sausages over medium heat until cooked throughout to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
  2. Melt butter in a saute pan over medium heat. Add potatoes and onion. Saute about 5-10 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown.
  3. Fry eggs.
  4. Place sausage patties and links along with the potatoes and eggs on a heated platter.
  5. Serve with toast or muffins and garnish with citrus slices.
