St. Patrick's Day Sandwich
| Ingredients |
| 3 8-inch rounds Irish soda bread, split |
| 2-1/4 Pounds TURKEY PASTRAMI, thinly sliced |
| 18 Ounces Irish smoked Blarney cheese, sliced |
| 6-8 Ounces wholegrain mustard with Irish whiskey |
| |
- Spread mustard on top and bottom halves of soda bread. Top with layers of turkey pastrami and Blarney cheese. Cover with top half of soda bread.
- Cut each round into 4 wedges and serve with potatoes and a fruit garnish.
