Ingredients
4 Pounds GROUND TURKEY
1-1/4 Tablespoons salt
1/4 Cup sesame oil
1/3 Cup shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced
1/2 Cup water chestnuts, finely chopped
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons white sesame seeds
1-1/2 Teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and grated
3 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Each scallion, finely chopped
1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar
3 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
If Needed water
 
  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix until combined (1-2 minutes).
  2. Portion into 24 3-ounce patties.
  3. Place turkey patties on sheet tray.
  4. Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
