Oriental Turkey Sausage
| Ingredients |
| 4 Pounds GROUND TURKEY |
| 1-1/4 Tablespoons salt |
| 1/4 Cup sesame oil |
| 1/3 Cup shiitake mushrooms, cleaned and sliced |
| 1/2 Cup water chestnuts, finely chopped |
| 1/4 Cup soy sauce |
| 1 Tablespoon black sesame seeds |
| 2 Tablespoons white sesame seeds |
| 1-1/2 Teaspoons fresh ginger root, peeled and grated |
| 3 Cloves garlic, finely chopped |
| 1 Each scallion, finely chopped |
| 1/4 Cup rice wine vinegar |
| 3 Tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder |
| If Needed water |
| |
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix until combined (1-2 minutes).
- Portion into 24 3-ounce patties.
- Place turkey patties on sheet tray.
- Bake in a preheated 350 degree F oven until the internal temperature reads 165 degrees F, about 15 minutes.
