Oriental Marinated Turkey Tenderloins

Ingredients
MARINADE:
1 Cup soy sauce
3 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated
3 Tablespoons garlic, minced
2 Tablespoons sugar
1/2 Tablespoon red pepper flakes
3 Tablespoons dark sesame oil
1/4 Cup dry white wine or sherry
2/3 Cup water
50 1 Ounce each TURKEY TENDERLOIN MEDALLIONS
3 Ounces butter substitute for broiling
As Needed pineapple, melon or kiwi for garnish, sliced
 
  1. Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper flakes, oil, wine, and water and mix well in a bowl.
  2. Add medallions and marinate 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
  3. To Order: Apply butter substitute to broiler. Broil 5 medallions for 1 minute per side.
  4. Place 5 medallions on plate. Garnish as desired with fresh fruit slices.
