Oriental Marinated Turkey Tenderloins
| Ingredients |
| MARINADE: |
| 1 Cup soy sauce |
| 3 Tablespoons fresh ginger, grated |
| 3 Tablespoons garlic, minced |
| 2 Tablespoons sugar |
| 1/2 Tablespoon red pepper flakes |
| 3 Tablespoons dark sesame oil |
| 1/4 Cup dry white wine or sherry |
| 2/3 Cup water |
| 50 1 Ounce each TURKEY TENDERLOIN MEDALLIONS |
| 3 Ounces butter substitute for broiling |
| As Needed pineapple, melon or kiwi for garnish, sliced |
| |
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sugar, pepper flakes, oil, wine, and water and mix well in a bowl.
- Add medallions and marinate 10 minutes in the refrigerator.
- To Order: Apply butter substitute to broiler. Broil 5 medallions for 1 minute per side.
- Place 5 medallions on plate. Garnish as desired with fresh fruit slices.
