Turkey Tortilla Roll-Ups

Ingredients
2-1/4 Pounds cream cheese, softened
3/4 Cup green chiles, canned, diced, drained
1/2 Cup red pimentos, canned, diced, drained
3/4 Cup red onion, minced
1-1/2 Cups cilantro, chopped
6 Dashes hot red pepper sauce
3/4 Teaspoon salt
1-1/2 Teaspoon cumin, ground
3/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Pound PULLED TURKEY, 3/8-inch diced
10 Each 10-inch flour tortillas
2 Cups prepared taco sauce
 
  1. Blend cream cheese with green chiles, pimentos, onion, cilantro, hot red pepper sauce, salt, cumin, and garlic powder thoroughly.
  2. Gently blend in turkey.
  3. Spread 6 ounces of turkey/cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
  4. When thoroughly chilled, slice each roll in 1/2-inch slices, discarding ends. Yields about 150 slices. Arrange slices on platter and serve with taco sauce for dipping.
