Turkey Tortilla Roll-Ups
| Ingredients |
| 2-1/4 Pounds cream cheese, softened |
| 3/4 Cup green chiles, canned, diced, drained |
| 1/2 Cup red pimentos, canned, diced, drained |
| 3/4 Cup red onion, minced |
| 1-1/2 Cups cilantro, chopped |
| 6 Dashes hot red pepper sauce |
| 3/4 Teaspoon salt |
| 1-1/2 Teaspoon cumin, ground |
| 3/4 Teaspoon garlic powder |
| 1 Pound PULLED TURKEY, 3/8-inch diced |
| 10 Each 10-inch flour tortillas |
| 2 Cups prepared taco sauce |
| |
- Blend cream cheese with green chiles, pimentos, onion, cilantro, hot red pepper sauce, salt, cumin, and garlic powder thoroughly.
- Gently blend in turkey.
- Spread 6 ounces of turkey/cream cheese mixture on each flour tortilla and roll up tightly. Wrap each roll with plastic wrap and refrigerate 2 hours or overnight.
- When thoroughly chilled, slice each roll in 1/2-inch slices, discarding ends. Yields about 150 slices. Arrange slices on platter and serve with taco sauce for dipping.
