Mexican Pizza

Pizza Dough
1/4 ounce bakers yeast
2 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup water, lukewarm
1/4 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 tablespoon basil, dry
 
  1. Prepare dough using straight dough method and rise once, punch down and roll into 14" circle or use commercial 14" frozen pizza shell.
 
Pizza Topping
3 ounces green chile paste, (see recipe in database)
1 medium onion, sliced
12 ounces SMOKED TURKEY BREAST, shredded
1 cup Pepper Jack cheese, grated
1 cup Mozzarella, shredded
1 red pepper, roasted, seeded and peeled
 
  1. Spread on Green Chile Paste and top with onions and turkey.
  2. Top with cheeses and arrange red peppers attractively on top.
  3. Bake on stone at 375 degrees F for 12-14 minutes. Cut in eight slices.
