WASHINGTON D.C. - September 2005 - From the beaches of California to our nation's capital, culinary professionals across the country are embracing regional flavors this holiday season. For the months of September through December the National Turkey Federation (NTF) is showcasing these creative menus on their Web site, EatTurkey.com. In addition, the site offers an impressive array of preparation ideas and demonstrations from chefs nationwide.

"Traditional whole roasted turkeys are still popular around the holiday season, yet culinary professionals are also using regional flavors and inspiration to create a memorable holiday meal for their patrons," comments Sherrie Rosenblatt, NTF's senior director of marketing and communication.

• Roasted Whole Turkey and Jasmine Rice Stuffing with Apricots, Almonds, Fresh Thyme and Sage from Chef Zov Karamardian of Zov's Bistro in California.
