Fire & Flavor's Gena Knox Grills Up Turkey On

NTF’s how-to turkey cooking video on features Gena Knox, co-founder of Fire & Flavor, who dishes up Herb Marinated Grilled Turkey with Panzanella Salad. “The herb marinated grilled turkey is a simple dish that uses all fresh seasonal ingredients,” said Knox. “I’ve found that by sticking with fresh ingredients and great seasonings, you can trim things down a bit and still be blown away by the incredible rich tastes.” In the video, Knox whisks up an easy marinade with garlic, lemon and fresh herbs, such as parsley, thyme and rosemary, which is then poured over turkey cutlets. After marinating for at least 15 minutes, the cutlets are then grilled to perfection. Knox’s mission of providing quality, simplicity and great taste is apparent in this grilled turkey. Her passion for Southern cooking is also noticeable in the video as she layers the turkey cutlets with a Panzanella Salad that is traditionally an Italian dish.
