The National Turkey Federation (NTF) announced the top five most-viewed foodservice recipes of 2007 from its recipe database at Foodservice professionals recognize the Web site as a reliable and user-friendly source for successful turkey menu ideas, with more than 900 recipes available to search. Despite the increased number of online recipe resources this year, maintained prominence and sustained nearly 340,000 foodservice recipes viewed.
