“Nearly 233,000 foodservice recipes have been viewed by foodservice professionals this year, a 53-percent increase from last year,” comments Sherrie Rosenblatt, NTF’s senior director of marketing and communication. “Foodservice operators have identified EatTurkey.com as a place to come to for great recipe ideas to add to their menus.”
