Tufts University Dining is giving a "touch of home" a new twist. Nutrition Specialist Julie Lampie and the university dining staff adapt the familiar flavor of turkey to current ethnic trends with their Mandarin Turkey Stir Fry. While away from home, students are able to seek out on-trend, yet comforting foods with health benefits that are sure to make the Freshman 15 a thing of the past.
