    Case Weight: 32 lbs. to 56 lbs.

    Special Features

  • May be self-basting.
  • Smoked during cooking process with natural/smoke flavoring.
  • May be smoked in cooking bag or netting for traditional marking on skin.
  • Netting removed prior to vacuum packing.
  • Added ingredients may include water, salt, dextrose, sodium phosphate, sodium erythorbate, sodium nitrite.
  • May be traditionally cured with brown sugar.
  • May be individually packed on a seasonal basis.

    May be available in these fully cooked smoked products: breast, logs, drumsticks, whole wings, wing portions, V-wings, drumettes, tails, and necks.
