Ingredients:

 1 bunch Fresh herbs, cleaned and drained

 1 qt. Assorted fresh berries, cleaned and  drained















1. Cut each biscuit in half and place at the top of the serving plate.

2. Place the turkey fried steak at the 6 o'clock position.

3. Top each biscuit half with a poached egg.

4. Garnish with fresh herbs and berries at the 3 o'clock position.

5. Ladle a 2-ounce portion of turkey sausage gravy across the middle of the turkey steak.

6. Serve hot with additional Cheddar Jalapeno Biscuits in a bread basket.
