Ingredients:

 1 1/2 cups Sweet Red Pepper, seeded and chopped
















1. Place a 1 cup mound of hot molded rice at the twelve o'clock position on the plate.

2. Layer with 2 thick slices (6 ounces) of turkey breast.

3. Garnish with 1/3 cup snow and snap pea salad.

4. Sprinkle with chopped red peppers if desired.

5. Drizzle Citrus Vinaigrette over the presentation.
