Ingredients:

 Salt, if desired

 Freshly Ground Pepper, if desired















1. Season the breast with salt and freshly ground black pepper, as desired.

2. Grill the breast over low heat to an internal temperature of 170 degrees F.

3. Let rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
