Ingredients:

 6 branches Fresh Rosemary,  blanched

 18 ounces Rich Brown Sauce

Sea Salt, to taste

Black Pepper, to taste














1. Simmer rosemary, brown sauce, salt and pepper for 5 minutes. Strain and hold for service.
