 2 Cups Black Beans, cooked

 6 Ounces Liquid from the
 cooked black beans

 2 Tbsp Peanut Oil

 1/4 Cup White Onion,
 fine diced

 1 Tbsp Garlic, minced

 6 Ounces Chipotle Sauce,
 prepared sauce

 2 tsp Ground Cumin, toasted

 2 tsp Ground Oregano, toasted

 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
