Ingredients:

 6 lbs Sweet Potato Fries, cooked

 16 Dill Pickles

1. Serve the Turkey Reuben with 6 ounces sweet potato fries and the 2 ounces remoulade sauce.


2. Garnish with water cress or 1 pickle.


3. If desired, nap the plate rim with 1 ounce roasted pepper oil.
