Donna Chriszt

Chef Donna Chriszt finds artistry in food. The award winning, self taught chef is known for her innovative style, her experimentation with flavors and textures from many cultures and her artistic presentation.

A recipient of favorable reviews from food writers across the country, Chef Chriszt is now the chef/owner at the highly rated Jesó in Cleveland. She has been a fixture on the Cleveland culinary scene, having been affiliated with a number of restaurants in that city including serving as Executive Chef at Pig Heaven and Marlin.

Chef Chriszt was invited to cook at the James Beard House in 1998 and was also a guest chef at the Eberle Winery in Paso Robles, California.

As one of six children, Chef Chriszt discovered that "cooking" with her mom was the best way for them to have quiet, one-on-one time together. The time spent in her mom's kitchen fostered an interest in food that continues to serve Chef Chriszt well today - as she educates her guests to uncommon food adventures.
