Ingredients:

 1 Tbsp Caraway Seeds

 2 Tbsp Canola Oil

 2 cups White Cabbage, thinly sliced

 3 Granny Smith Apples, peeled
ss and grated

 3 firm Pears, peeled and grated

 1/4 cup Clover Honey

 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar

 1/2 cup Water

1. In a heated sauté pan, toast the caraway seeds.


2. Add oil. Add cabbage and sauté until slightly soft.

3. Add the apples and pears and cook until tender.


4. Stir in the honey, vinegar and water.


5. Cook until the liquid is reduced to a syrupy consistency.
