1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp ground cloves
1 Small onion, finely minced
1 tbsp canola oil
Mix ground turkey with salt, pepper, paprika, sage, cloves and onion. Form into eight (2-ounce) patties.
Heat oil in a large, heavy nonstick skillet over medium/low heat. Cook patties slowly until brown and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
